Scotty Galloway is the COO of Capital Development Partners and is responsible for the development, construction, and asset management of all CDP projects. Scotty joined Capital Development Partners in 2022 after successfully delivering an 800k sf warehouse for them as a consultant construction manager.

With 20 years of experience in the construction industry working as a general contractor, owner's representative, and developer, he has track record of developing teams and delivering projects across the country. Prior to joining Capital Development Partners, his primary client was the Port of Long Beach where he managed infrastructure projects to include wharf redevelopments, shore-to-ship power, and a fireboat station.

Scotty grew up in California prior to attending West Point. Upon graduating with a degree in civil engineering, he served five years in the US Army as a Ranger Qualified Engineer Officer in Alaska. He has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Southern California teaching construction management and volunteers with the non-profit The 98 Fund. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Nevada and a Certified Construction Manager. He is the proud father of two amazing kids that keep him on his toes (you may see them regularly on Teams calls).
