Molly Strickland leads the business services operations for both the development and asset management divisions of CDP. Her duties include treasury, accounting, tax, insurance, and reporting to our JV partners and lenders.

Molly started her career at CBRE, Inc. as an intern while attending Georgia Tech advancing to Chief Operating Officer of John Porter's Industrial Services team. She progressed to Business Development Analyst where she worked with executive leadership to expand market share in the Southeast. In this role, she was responsible for providing analysis, research, and support for the firm's business development efforts including pursuit initiatives, competitive analysis, and promoting cross-selling opportunities.

Molly graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011 with a Business Administration degree with an Accounting Concentration. In addition, she is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the State of Georgia. She is very active in her community and is the 2023 Vice President of Carroll County Sertoma Club, a member of the 2023 cohort of Leadership Carroll, Treasurer of the West Metro Board of Realtors, part of Carroll County Chamber's Emerging Leaders, Vice President of PTVA, and an active volunteer and member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. Molly is also a proud wife and mother to two young boys.
