Jacob Maupin plays a pivotal role within Capital Development Partners by supporting the business development team in their current and prospective projects. His proactive approach contributes to the strategic planning, coordination, and successful execution of various business development initiatives. Leveraging his expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and drone piloting, Jacob is instrumental in crafting marketing materials and visual representations.

Originally from Savannah, Jacob brings a wealth of experience, including achieving Eagle Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America. He also boasts a background as a former member of the Georgia State High-Power Rifle Team and the Forest City Sporting Clays Team. Outside of his professional endeavors, Jacob derives immense satisfaction from hands-on craftsmanship, often producing custom pieces for local businesses.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design, complemented by double minors in Product and Marine Design.
