Option I is slated for +/- 25 acres of 5 high container storage equivalent to storing more than 14,000 TEUs.
OPTION II
Option II is a 250,000 SF cross-dock warehouse with cold storage ability, 40’ clears, and access to 5 Acres of 5 high container storage.
