Phase II - West Side Terminal

Capital Developer is the developer of Shipyard Creek Logistics Center, perhaps the best located industrial facility in the United States with on terminal access to the Leatherman Facility - a $2.6 Billion port facility servicing the South Carolina Port Authority.

The site is 135 acres on the Leatherman Terminal which will be subdivided into 3 phases for different uses and customer requirements.

Phase II West Side Terminal has some optionality:

OPTION I Option I is slated for +/- 25 acres of 5 high container storage equivalent to storing more than 14,000 TEUs.
OPTION II Option II is a 250,000 SF cross-dock warehouse with cold storage ability, 40 clears, and access to 5 Acres of 5 high container storage.
