Tract 11A is a 30-acre parcel acquired by CDP in Summer of 2023. It will host two (2) 150,000 square foot Class A Flex Warehouses which are situated at the front of Savannah's newest industrial park. In addition, there is +/- 9 acres of outdoor storage capability if tenant needs to store materials, product, or equipment.
