Phase II - Tract 11A

Tract 11A is a 30-acre parcel acquired by CDP in Summer of 2023. It will host two (2) 150,000 square foot Class A Flex Warehouses which are situated at the front of Savannah's newest industrial park. In addition, there is +/- 9 acres of outdoor storage capability if tenant needs to store materials, product, or equipment. These buildings have exceptional highway frontage as they are located directly on Veterans Parkway giving each tenant unparalleled exposure to one of Savannah's most traveled highways. Tract 11A is just 2.5 miles to I-516, 3 miles to HWY 204, 4 miles to I-16, and 8 miles to I-95 allowing quick and efficient transportation to and from the park.

Both buildings have 28 clear heights, 15 dock doors (knockouts available), (5) 45,000 lb. dock levelers, and (5) drive in doors with ramps.

The Class A facilities can be subdivided as low as 30,000sf and will be available for occupancy in March 2025.
